Belinda articled at downtown commercial litigation boutique Teplitsky Colson LLP prior to joining Manuel Jesudasan & Associates.

Before this, she studied law in Australia and holds a Juris Doctor from Bond University. Belinda also has an Honours degree from York University in Law & Society.

Belinda practices all aspects of Family Law including marriage, co-habitation and separation agreements, divorce, property division, child custody & access, child support and spousal support.

She appears frequently on behalf of clients in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice and deals regularly with the Children's Aid Society and the Office of the Children's Lawyer.
